How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery is always free on your order.

Where do we deliver to?

We only deliver to the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the United Kingdom. 

We do not offer in-store pickup.

Will my order be shipped from another country?

All our items are manufactured and/or shipped from the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand in order to minimise transit times and ensure quality.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The delivery transit time for your item can be found in the product description under the section called "Product Information". We recommend that you factor in an additional 1–2 days for the time it takes to prepare your order in the warehouse for collection by the courier. 

    If you place an order for an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the possible delay time for re-stocking, or we will offer you a refund.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@josephann.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Returns and refunds

    We hope that you will love the item(s) you purchase from us, but if for some reason you are unhappy you can contact us to request a return and a refund. You can read about how to do this here.
