Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return and refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All requests for a return and a refund are responded to within 4 hours during office hours (Monday to Sunday, 9.00 - 17.00).
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
All requests for a return and a refund must be accompanied with photographic evidence that identifies the problem or verifies the condition of the item.

If your return and refund request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your item to the supplier as well as information about your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected. We will let you know if your refund has been approved or not within 4 hours of receiving the item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
